TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Parties
smallseowebtools, Via Carlo Casalegno, 57, 41126 Modena (MO), Italy. By placing an order or making payment you accept these terms.
2. Services
smallseowebtools provides digital SEO services including technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, link building, e-commerce SEO and analytics reporting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are included.
3. Payment
Payment in full is required before project work begins for fixed-scope projects. For monthly retainer arrangements, payment is due on the first of each month. All payments are processed via Stripe. We invoice in euros.
4. Intellectual Property
All deliverables including audit reports, strategy documents, content and link reports become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Working notes and internal tools remain the property of smallseowebtools.
5. SEO Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms are beyond our control and rankings can change due to algorithm updates, competitor activity and other external factors. We guarantee the quality of our work and the transparency of our reporting.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
7. Governing Law
Italian law applies. Jurisdiction: Tribunale Civile di Modena, Italy.
