DELIVERY POLICY

Effective: December 2024

1. Digital Delivery

All smallseowebtools services are delivered digitally. Reports, strategy documents and deliverables are sent via email or secure file transfer. No physical products are shipped.

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

• Technical SEO Audit: 10 business days
• Local SEO Setup and Optimisation: 4 weeks
• Content Strategy Document: 3 to 4 weeks
• Link Building: ongoing monthly campaign, minimum 3-month engagement
• E-commerce SEO Architecture: 3 weeks for initial phase
• Analytics Setup: 5 business days

3. Project Kickoff

Timelines begin from the date of access provision (GA4, Search Console, CMS where required), not payment date. Access should be provided within 2 to 3 business days of payment.

4. Acceptance

Clients have 7 calendar days to review final deliverables and raise written objections. If no objections are raised within 7 days, delivery is considered accepted.

5. Delays

Timelines assume timely provision of access, feedback and approvals. Delays caused by late client input extend timelines proportionally and do not constitute a breach of contract.
